The Regional Centre for International Development Cooperation (RCIDC) recognizes that strong, effective, and resilient Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) are the cornerstone of accountable governance and sustainable community development. Our flagship Capacity Building program is designed to transform local organizations into powerful agents of change by strengthening their institutional foundations, strategic vision, and operational excellence.

Our Training Philosophy

We move beyond one-off workshops to offer holistic, participatory, and practical learning experiences. Our methodology blends:
